



Blueberries grow wild in Newfoundland. Every fall my mother would make Blueberry Cake with freshly picked blueberries. Custard was served as a topping with this dessert. Blueberry Cake and Custard was usually served, at least in our house, after a Stuffed Squid dinner.
My mother used to make cinnamon rolls from left over pie pastry. In fact, you can use the same ingredients to make delicious pie pastries and fill with your favorite filling. Both are simply delicious! Enjoy!
